The Door County Fair Association is reminding residents & visitors that they have several options regarding admittance & grandstand ticket prices for the 2011 fair August 3rd through the 7th. For instance, the season pass with rides is $30, $5 will provide entry to the fairgrounds at John Miles County Park, but no rides. The season pass for senior citizens, 65 years or older, is $10, that pass only provides entry to the grounds during the run of the fair, no rides are covered & the pass holder must pay full price to get into the grandstand events. For $20, you can get a three ticket pack for the Budweiser Grandstand, however, daily admission must be covered separately. The three pack will only be sold at the gate entry booth. Otherwise, the daily cost to get into the grandstand is $8, along with daily admission. Those who attend the tractor pull will pay just $2 plus admission. Finally, kids four years of age & younger will be admitted to the fairgrounds for free, but rides still must be paid for. The Door County Fair is August 3rd through the 7th.
