Door County Business Incubator Has Space Available

The Door County Business Development Center continues to be a victim of its own success. The facility in Sturgeon Bay, commonly known as a business incubator, is in the business of providing a home for new and young companies until they can get off their feet. The center helps reduce business start-up overhead costs by offering affordable rent and free or low cost access to shared facilities, services and equipment. Clients typically graduate from the center in three to five years. Currently, the facility located in the industrial park has two interior and two exterior offices available. By October 30th, 2282 square feet of light manufacturing space will also be available. To learn how the space available can be configured, call Paula Sullivan, Operations Manager for the Door County Economic Development Corporation at 743-3113, extension 202.
