Door County is not immune to the introduction of all manner of dangerous drugs. That point was driven home on April 9th with the arrest of four individuals in Sturgeon Bay & the recovery of controlled substances including traces of heroin. According to Sturgeon Bay Police, officers were sent to an east side residence to follow up on a disturbance report. During a routine search of the home, they recovered marijuana, illegal pills, heroin & drug paraphernalia. In all, four individuals were taken into custody & jailed, 24-year old Victoria Weiland of Chicago, 33-year old Beau Weiland of Tijeras, New Mexico, 61-year old Jemma Weiland & 65-year old Michael Ashe of Sturgeon Bay. All are expected to make initial appearances in Door County this month, Beau & Victoria Weiland on Monday, Jemma Weiland & Michael Ashe on April 29th.
