The Door County Economic Development Corporation is seeking nominations for the annual Door County Industry & Entrepreneur of the Year awards. The awards celebrate firms that have enhanced the business climate in Door County. This is the 40th year that the Industry award will be handed out. Last year’s award winner Was Wood Orchard. The Entrepreneur award was given to Dan Schwarz, owner of Dan’s Fish in 2012.
Any Door County resident or business can nominate a business or entrepreneur by contacting the Door County Economic Development Corporation at (920)-743-3113. Self nominations are also accepted. Nominations are due by Friday, February 15th. The award winners will be announced at the annual meeting of the Door County Economic Development Corporation.
