A new staff member has joined the United Way of Door County. Sara McKillop will fill the position of Fund Development Director. Sara recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a bachelors degree in information studies & a minor in communications. During her educational years, McKillop was involved in a variety of public health efforts, such as campaigning for smoke free Wisconsin & mental health awareness. Meanwhile, the United Way is recruiting new youth board members to replace Sturgeon Bay graduates David Tauber Jr. & Rebecca Fredrickson. Qualifications for the board’s youth positions include interest in service to the community.
