In recent years, it has not been uncommon for the Door County Board to cancel a monthly meeting at the end of the year, usually in December. However calling off a session in the middle of the year doesn’t happen very often.
County Board Chairman Dan Austad informed supervisors in a memo that the lack of urgent matters for the board to deal with means there will be no meeting on Tuesday, July 24th. The Door County Board will hold its next monthly meeting on Tuesday, August 28th at 9am.
