Burial of Utility Lines in Sister Bay Begins Monday

The burial of utility service lines in Sister Bay is scheduled to begin on Monday along Bayshore Drive. Village Administrator Zeke Jackson says utility crews from Wisconsin Public Service, KS Energy Services, Frontier and Charter Communications will be working to place all overhead electric, telecommunications and cable lines underground. Jackson says no service interruption is anticipated throughout the project for the general area and both the new underground and overhead services will be in place until the work is completed, which is expected to be at the end of May. Traffic will remain two-way throughout most of the project. For more information, visit www.sisterbaywi.gov. The page will be updated as the project progresses.
