At 6:28am Friday morning, the Kewaunee County Sheriff’s Department received a call of a capsized boat in the waters of Lake Michigan, approximately 100 feet offshore near the Algoma City Harbor. All four of the individuals were transported by Algoma, Kewaunee, and Luxemburg Rescue units to medical facilities in Green Bay for treatment.
The incident remains under investigation by the United States Coast Guard.
