The dedication ceremony for the new bleachers at Southern Door High School will be held as part of parents night at Friday night’s football game between with Valders at Southern Door. The actual dedication of the bleachers & press box will take place at half time. The total cost for the new bleachers, including preliminary work, was $231,000, but more than $152,000 was funded through grants & donations. The press box & concession stand was projected to cost $180,000 & was entirely funded through donations & volunteer labor from the community.
