Friends of Peninsula Park Working Towards New Playground

Because of deterioration from many years of use, the old playground equipment at Peninsula State Park’s Nicolet Beach was removed. Now, the “Friends of Peninsula State Park” are raising funds to help purchase some newer modern equipment to replace the old, and they have set their fundraising goal at $80,000.
