The Algoma softball team beat Sturgeon Bay 9-1 in a Packerland Conference softball game at Pederson Park on Friday. The Wolves scored twice in the opening inning and scored runs in six of the seven innings. Jordan Demmin pitched a two hitter for the win and added 2 hits of her own in the win. Baleigh Delorit, Andie Vandertie, Meg Ryan and Linsey Pierre also had 2 hits each for the Wolves. Delorit, Ryan and Carmen Haack all scored twice in the win. Marissa Ehlers had an RBI double that scored Alyse Bosman for the Clippers.
