Algoma beat Reedsville 26-6 and clinched at least a share of the Olympian/Packerland Small Conference championship on Friday night. The Wolves marched the opening kickoff 78 yards in 8:39 and took the lead on a Hunter Prokash 1 yard td run. Sam Koss had a short interception return for touchdown pushing the lead to 13-0 before Panthers quarterback Brock Gilsdorf scored to make it 13-6 with 2:55 to play in the half. Andrew Gorz returned the ensuing kickoff to the Reedsville 48 and Algoma added to their lead with :22 seconds to play in the first half on a 1 yard td pass from Hunter Prokash to Eliot Prokash. Andrew Gorz caught a 15 yard td pass for the only points of the second half. Algoma will host Hilbert next Friday in the regular season finale at Perry Field.
