Wisconsin Wins Big Ten Title Game

The Badgers won the first Big Ten Title game in exciting fashion over Michigan State Saturday night in Indianapolis. Wisconsin came from behind in the second half, scoring the winning points on Montee Ball’s 4th touchdown of the night late in the 4th quarter. Wisconsin stormed out to an early 21-7 lead over the Spartans in the 1st quarter, but Michigan State then ran off 22 unanswered points to take a 29-21 halftime lead. Ball ran for 137 yards, & Russell Wilson threw for three touchdowns. Wisconsin was able to run out the clock after a Michigan State running into the punter penalty gave them a late first down.
