Sturgeon Bay opens playoffs at Kiel

Sturgeon Bay will play in the WIAA football playoffs for the first time since 2004.  The Clippers (5-4) play at Kiel (6-3) at 2:00 Saturday afternoon.  Offensively, the Clippers operate out of the spread formation, Coach Gary Rabach says it’s difficult to predict how Kiel might try to slow down the Sturgeon Bay attack….

Junior Blucher, Jacob Wickman and Alex Bailey have combined for 21 rushing touchdowns for Sturgeon Bay.  Kiel is led by quarterback Geddy Nordby, he has thrown for 1,125 yards and is also the Raiders leading rusher….
