Sturgeon Bay on Three Game Winning Streak

Sturgeon Bay beat Oconto 44-6 in an Olympian/Packerland Large conference football game at Memorial Field on Friday Night.  The Clippers balanced attack featured 3 rushing touchdowns, 2 passing, a interception return for a score and a safety.  Joey Sheehy had a 1 yard interception return for a score in the first minute for Sturgeon Bay.  Oconto answered with a 28 yard td run by Jacob Reed, but Sturgeon Bay coach Gary Rabach says the defense made some changes and shutdown the Blue Devils the rest of the night….

Sturgeon Bay led 30-6 at the half, and added two touchdown runs by Junoir Blucher in the third quarter to wrap up the scoring….

Jacob Wickman added a rushing touchdown, while Matthew Seiler caught a td pass from Alex Bailey and Nathan Abrahamson threw a first half td to Riley Schartner.  The Clippers are (3-2) while the Blue Devils drop to (0-5).
