Kewaunee took over sole possession of the girls Packerland Conference lead with a 42-31 win over previously unbeaten Algoma on Thursday Night. The Storm pulled away from a one point halftime lead with a 13-6 third quarter surge. Marissa Selner scored 12 points for the Storm (5-0, 8-2) while Jill Kleiman scored 9 points and Kiley Heim added 8 points. Karissa LeCaptain and Abbey Bluett each scored 8 points for the #1 ranked Wolves (4-1, 9-1).
