The Southern Door 7th grade boys basketball team finished 2nd at the Wisconsin Invitational State Championship Tournament in La Crosse. The Eagles went 3-0 in pool play on Saturday with wins over Platteville 49-34, Wisconsin Dells 36-31 and Wrightstown 45-38. On Sunday, Southern Door beat Roncalli in the quarterfinals 48-39 before beating West Salem 50-47 in the semi-finals. Ripon beat the Eagles in Sunday’s Division 3 championship game 47-40.
