Soccer: Clippers beat Vikings 2-1

Sturgeon Bay rallied from a 1-0 halftime deficit to beat Gibraltar-Sevastopol 2-1 on Tuesday.  The Vikings opened the scoring on a goal from Sammy Johnson.

The Clippers tied the match in the second half off a free kick from Ben Felhofer.  Zach Owens provided the game winner with a header on a corner kick from Ben Felhofer.  Clippers coach Todd Maas said “Gibraltar/Sevastopol gave it to us in the first half.  They simply wanted it more.  The second half we picked up our game and played with intensity and purpose.”
