West Jacksonport beat Institute Friday night 5-1 in Door County League Baseball. Drew Tanck earned the win throwing the first 8 innings & striking out 8. Woody Schartner was 5 for 5, & CJ Goetz had 3 hits & 3 RBI. Robbie Pollman & Jaeger Brusky had 2 hits each for Institute.
The Ports improve to 5-1 with the win and Institute drops to 0-6.
