Gibraltar beat Kewaunee, 48-41, in a girls Packerland Conference basketball game at Kewaunee on Monday Night. The Vikings (7-4, 11-6) rallied from a 23-14 deficit early in the second half as Payton Pluff and Kayla Fallingstad fueled the comeback by combining to hit four three pointers. After twelve lead changes in the second half, the Vikings took the lead for good at 41-39 on a baseline jumper from Pluff with 3:30 left in the game. Pluff finished with a game high 26 points, 21 in the second half while Fallingstad finished with 8 points for the Vikings. Sara Dax scored 16 and Mackenzie Tlachac added 14 for the Storm (9-3, 11-6). Gibraltar made 18 of 21 free throws including 12 of 13 in the second half.
