The Oconto wrestling team is a win away from wrapping up the Packerland Conference championship. The Blue Devils beat Southern Door last night 53-22. Ben Giesler, Blake Bostwick, Brandon Tousey, Jacob Westphal and Adam Schultz picked up wins for Oconto. Southern Door’s Eric Pawelski and Mitchell Overbeck won by pin while Colin Schubert scored a major decision for the Eagles.
Kewaunee beat Sturgeon Bay/Sevastopol 42-32 and Luxemburg-Casco picked up wins over Shawano (83-0), Marinette (84-0) and Denmark (68-9).
