Oakfield scored two fourth quarter touchdowns as the beat Sturgeon Bay, 64-52, in an 8 player football game at Capitol Credit Union Park in Ashwaubenon on Thursday. The Clippers led 52-48 after three quarters but were held scoreless in the final quarter and suffered their first loss of the Alternate Fall Season. The Oaks were led by quarterback Grant Bass (167 rushing 4 TD / 154 passing TD) and running back Jack Fox (149 rushing 3 TD). Sturgeon Bay quarterback Anthony Jennerjohn finished with 5 passing td’s, Jack Schmelzer caught 4 td passes and Drew Price caught one while Jennerjohn and Schmelzer had rushing scores. Alex Marsh, Dave Zuehlke and Storm Adams recovered fumbles for the Clippers.
