Sturgeon Bay beat NEW Lutheran, 10-0, in a girls softball game at PBI Field on Thursday. Morgan Nelson fired a three hit shutout with 11 strikeouts for the Clippers and also added two hits. Sara Brigenhagen led Sturgeon Bay with three hits, Katie Frank hit a two run home run and added an RBI triple and Andie Rockendorf added two hits and Melissa Moxon started the scoring with an RBI double.
