Max McHugh, a sophomore at the University of Minnesota, has been named the Big Ten Swimmer of the Week for the second time in as many dual meets. McHugh won both the 100 breast (52.59) and 200 breast (1:56.41) in a dual meet with Wisconsin last Friday. In addition, his time in the 100 breast is the fastest in the nation, while his 200 breast time presently ranks third in the country. McHugh also won both events in a Big Ten dual at Iowa on October 26.
