Max McHugh set a new national record in the 100 breaststroke and a new state record in the 50 freestyle at the WIAA Division 2 State Swimming and Diving Championships at the UW-Natatorium in Madison. McHugh finished the 100 breaststroke in 51.62 seconds, shattering the previous Division 2 record of 54.56 seconds and went 20.34 in the 50 Freestyle breaking the old state record of 20.44.
