Brillion beat Southern Door, 4-2, in a non-conference softball game on Monday. The Lions opened a 4-0 lead in the sixth inning before Alanna Kaye hit a solo home run for the Eagles. Southern Door would add another run in the 7th after Lexi Tassoul and Audrey Plzak started the inning with base hits but winning pitcher Jocelyn Tamm retired the next three hitters to stop the rally. Jana O’Connell had 3 hits for Brillion while Sam Melville and Tassoul both doubled twice for Southern Door.
