Kewaunee cruised to a 50-2 win over Sturgeon Bay at the Kewaunee Memorial Sports Complex on Friday Night. The Storm (2-0, 5-0) scored 4 touchdowns on their first 4 drives totaling 206 yards. Austin Kassner and Austin Richard had early rushing scores while Caleb Johnson threw touchdowns to Jesse Kleiman and Logan Brusky. Kleiman and Richard added td’s in the second quarter as Kewaunee led 41-2 at the half. Lamarco Crawford kicked a 30 yard field goal and Brusky added an interception return for a touchdown to close the scoring. The Clippers (0-3, 0-5) only points of the game scored when Lucas Stephenson caused a fumble early in the second quarter and Kewaunee recovered in their own end zone. Kewaunee will play Chilton next week while Southern Door plays the Clippers on homecoming in Sturgeon Bay.
