Southern Door turned defensive in the second half of their 56-30 boys Packerland Conference game on Tuesday Night. The Eagles (3-2, 6-2) held the Vikings scoreless in the fourth quarter and to only 7 second half points. The first half saw the two teams share scoring spurts, the Eagles with a 9-0 run answered by Gibraltar’s 11-0 outburst, but Southern Door took the lead for good with a 14-0 run late in the first half. Mitchell Gerend, Mitchel Neubauer and Austin Rohe all scored 9 points to lead Southern Door while Alex Janisse paced the Vikings (1-4, 2-6) with 8 points.
