There are a pair of playoff games in the Door County Baseball League this weekend. Regular season champion Sister Bay (12-2) will host Washington Island (7-7). The Bays won a playoff over Kolberg for the title while the Islanders beat Egg Harbor in a playoff for the final postseason spot. It’s the third straight year that the two teams have played in the postseason.
Second seeded Kolberg (12-2) will host Maplewood (10-4) in a game that we will broadcast on WDOR. The Braves swept the regular season meetings but the Mets had the day off last week while the other three teams all played.
