Clippers Outscore Vikes

The Sturgeon Bay football team picked up their third win of the WIAA Alternate Fall Season after a 50-34 win over Gibraltar in Institute on Friday Night. Ricky Carlson and Anthony Jennerjohn had two rushing td’s while Braeden Haines and Jack Schmelzer added rushing scores for the Clippers (3-1) and Jennerjohn added a 23 yard td pass to Schmelzer. The Vikings (0-3) were led by Luke Steebs, the senior quarterback threw 2 td’s to Sam Lindenberg, one to Cooper Cole, rushed for a score and caught a 6 yard td pass from Sam Lindenberg. The Clippers forced 3 turnovers in the game as Mason Sacotte blocked a punt, Seth Cormier recovered a fumble and Andrew Carbajal put the game away with a late interception.
