The Sturgeon Bay boys basketball team went on a 15-1 run midway through the first half sending them on their way to a 79-43 win over Sevastopol in Institute on Thursday. The Clippers (1-2, 1-3) hit 8 three pointers in the first half and used a full court defense to control the game. Preston Newton led Sturgeon Bay with 16 points, Isaak Aune added 15 and Spencer Hubbard finished with 13. Jack de Young scored a game high 21 for the Pioneers (0-3, 3-3).
