Northern Door executed a double steal in the bottom of the sixth inning to beat Wrightstown 3-1 at the Class “A” Regional in Institute. With the game tied in the bottom of the 6th, Tanner Biwer doubled to start the rally. Courtesy runner Tyler Hanusa moved to third on Griffin Cole’s base hit setting the stage for the game winning heroics. The eventual winning run scored when Hanusa was safe on the back end of a double steal, Cole would later score on a Wrightstown error. Winning pitcher Tanner Biwer went 6.2 innings allowing only 3 hits. Riley Spetz, who got the final out for the save, had 2 hits.
