Brewers Take 2-0 Series Lead in NLDS

Milwaukee beat Arizona 9-4 on Sunday to take a 2-0 lead in the best of 5 series. The Brewers blew open a 4-4 ball game with 5 runs in the 6th inning when 7 straight Brewers hitters reached base. Starter Zack Greinke pitching on 3 days rest for the second consecutive game struggled on the day, going 5 innings, giving up 3 homeruns, & striking out 7. The Brewer bullpen took over shutting the Diamondbacks out for the final 4 innings, Takashi Saito, Latroy Hawkins, Francisco Rodriguez & John Axford each pitched a scoreless inning with Saito getting the win. Ryan Braun stayed hot at the plate going 3 for 4 with a 2 run homerun in the 1st inning & 3 RBI, Corey Hart & Jerry Hairston Jr. added 2 hits a piece.
