Sister Bay beat Institute Friday night 12-2. Sam Forkert pitched the first 6 innings for the win. Sister Bay was led by Spencer Krause who had 3 hits & an RBI, Tom Sawyer had 2 hits & 3 RBI, & Alex Laughlin had 2 hits & 2 RBI. Frankie Ash had 3 hits for Institute, Jaeger Brusky & Robby Pollman bot had 2 hits.
Kolberg Shut out Baileys Harbor 16-0 Sunday in 8 innings. Kyle Routhieux had 2 hits, 2 RBI, & a home run. Trevor Reinhardt added 2 hits, Sam Koss, Austin Rohe, & Austin Dart all had 2 RBI.
West Jacksonport went to Washington Island & came back with a 9-6 win. The Ports scored 1 run in the top of the first, Washington Island evened it up in their half of the inning. West Jacksonport then scored 4 in the second inning & never trailed. Alec Schartner had 3 hits & a home run for West Jacksonport. Drew Tanck, Riley Cordier, & Jake LeBotte all had 2 hits each in the win. Luke Steebs got the win & Aiden Columbo earned the save. Troy Jorgenson & Ray McDonald both homered for the Islanders.
Maplewood beat Egg Harbor 6-1. Jeremiah Jahnke struck out 9 in 7 innings of work. Mark Villers led Maplewood with 2 hits. Cody Giesseman hit a solo home run for Egg Harbor.
