Algoma ralllied for 4 runs in the top of the 7th inning to beat Southern Door 10-9 on Thursday. The Wolves rally included base hits by Zach Prochnow and Ethan Ray while Travis Kostichka scored the deciding run on a wild pitch. Prochnow and Austen Dart had two hits for the Wolves (1-1, 1-2) and Jason Salzseider picked up the win with two scoreless innings of relief. Southern Door was led by Mitchel Neubauer who went 3X4 with 2 RBI’s. Drew Klaubauf and Quinn McInerny each scored two runs for the Eagles (0-2, 0-3)
Tanner Biwer fired a no-hitter as Gibraltar (2-0, 3-0) beat Oconto 4-0.
Christian Foss started for Sturgeon Bay in the Clippers 10-0 over NEW Lutheran while Sevastopol beat Kewaunee 13-3 in 5 innings.
