The Algoma girls basketball team won at Sevastopol Thursday, 43-37. Tied at 27, Jadyn Nellis hit a three with 10:20 to play to give the Wolves (3-0 Packerland / 3-4 overall) a lead they would not relinquish. Nellis scored a game-high 15 points while Sadie Rikkola added 12 points and Claire Gerdmann scored 10. Sienna Cain scored 13 points to lead the Pioneers (2-1 / 2-3).
