Wisconsin Public Service Corporation had a busy time late Thursday morning with power outages throughout the area. The largest single outage in the WDOR listening area was just north of Sturgeon Bay, in the Town of Sevastopol, where a tree removal went bad & parts of the tree fell across County HH, just north of Whitefish Bay Road. It took WDOR-FM off the air for a bit more than two hours & affected a total of 1,160 WPS power customers. The next largest area without power was in Egg Harbor with 169 customers affected. There were other outages reported in New Franken, Luxemburg & Casco.
