The Sturgeon Bay Police Department believes it has found the individual who was involved in a purse snatching incident at the Walmart store on October 16th. A woman told investigators that a young man ran up to her in the store & took her purse from a shopping cart. The man’s picture was posted on the department’s web site & released to the media & tips were solicited from the general public.
