Take a break from the chaos of the holiday season & spend a couple of hours surrounded by the natural beauty of the Ridges Sanctuary near Baileys Harbor. The Ridges natural Christmas event will be held Saturday, from 3PM to 6PM, at the Marshall Cabin, 8288 County Trunk Q, Baileys Harbor. There is no charge for this family friendly event. The Ridges staff & volunteers are decorating for Christmas & want to share their joy in the season & this beautiful natural area with the community. Toast marshmallows by a crackling fire, enjoy hot cocoa or cider & cookies, or take a trip up to the lantern room of the Baileys Harbor range lights to view the luminaries lining the boardwalk. Live music will help set the holiday mood. Both kids & adults can make natural decorations for the tree & other simple Christmas crafts.
