Zeke Jackson is wrapping up a four year stint as Village Administrator in Sister Bay. In October, Jackson, who is 34, announced that he was resigning the position to take a job with the Village of Waterford in Racine County. He came to the northern Door County community in 2013 after having worked as a Town Manager in Virginia. Jackson noted that during his tenure, Sister Bay was able to successfully navigate situations that would cause headaches for much larger communities. One example: the Highway 42 reconstruction project. Jackson’s next duty station, the Village of Waterford, has a population of 5,000. He holds a master’s degree in public administration from Wayland Baptist University in Plainview, Texas.
