If you have an artistic bent or would just like to take a bit of frustration out on a block of ice, the Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center is looking for you. Beginner, intermediate & advanced ice & snow carvers are needed for the annual “Fire & Ice” celebration on Saturday, February 15th. On that day, from 8:30AM to 2PM, artists & others will brave the elements in an effort to turn a chunk of ice or a pile of snow into something special. Prizes awarded range from $25 to $125.
