SBPD Investigates Burglary

The Sturgeon Bay Police Department is seeking help in locating the person or persons involved in a burglary to a couple of downtown businesses Thursday. Officers were sent to the Red Oak Winery where they found doors inside the building had been kicked in. They also learned that an undetermined amount of money had been taken from the State Farm Insurance offices inside. Evidence was recovered & it is being processed by a technician at the police department. Officers are reminding citizens to make sure that all exterior doors are locked & secure prior to leaving a building or home unoccupied.
