Record Breaking Year for United Way

It was another record-breaking year for the fundraising campaign of the United Way of Door County. When the campaign ended on January 7th, the local organization had raised $466,943.50. The amount also represents an increase of $10,000 over the 2011 campaign, which had been the previous record. Don Albert, United Way Volunteer President, thanked the people who invested their time, energy & dollars in the campaign. He said their effort made it possible for thousands of people to benefit in Door County.
