“Pudding” Raises Humane Society Awareness

The saga of “Pudding” the Door County shelter cat has gone international and the county humane society is benefiting. The feline has been credited with saving Amy Jung after the county woman suffered a diabetic seizure on the day Pudding left the shelter. The most immediate impact of Pudding’s international celebrity is the donation of 5,000 free meals for animals at the shelter, being provided by the Halo Company.
