A groundbreaking ceremony will be held at Pine Crest Village in Sturgeon Bay Monday at 9AM. The event will take place at the senior living facility located at 1231 North 18th Avenue. Pine Crest was originally built in the year 2000. The construction project will provide an addition to the existing building. Owner Bob Papke & facility manager, Amber Papke, selected Portside Builders as the general contractor. Isaksen Architects, LLC is assisting with state permits for the new addition.
