Some sort of electrical or computer glitch closed down the Oregon Street Bridge in Sturgeon Bay Wednesday. Motorists reported that they were unable to cross the span early Wednesday morning. The Department of Transportation sent an electrician to work on the problem which kept the bridge from opening & closing properly. While the bridge is operational again, a DOT spokesperson said more trouble shooting will be necessary to get a definitive answer as to what caused the problem. The Oregon Street Bridge has been operating since September of 2008.
