Barring the last minute circulation of nomination papers or an 11th hour write-in candidacy, it appears that the three incumbents on the Sturgeon Bay City Council are the only candidates who will be on the ballot for the spring election. This time, the even numbered seats on the council are up for election. So far, Ron Vandertie in district two, Rick Wiesner in district four & Stu Fett in district six have all filed nomination papers. The deadline to file the forms is at 5PM Tuesday.
