There were many hours of discussion on the topic with public comments and supervisors’ responses. First, the board voted 11 to 9 to reconsider the resolution. Supervisor Gunnlaugsson of District 21 voiced his concerns with the resolution moving forward…….
Later, supervisor Lundahl of District 11 shared her feelings about the amended version of the resolution……
After more discussion, the original resolution with amendments was again voted upon, and it was passed by the board by a vote of 16 to 3. The topic of this resolution took most of the meeting which started at 9:00 am and adjourned just before 3:00 pm.
