The Wellness Center of Door County is is working out of it’s new clinic in Sturgeon Bay, reflecting the completion of one phase of a two phase capital expansion project to upgrade it’s facility at 312 North Fifth Avenue. When completed, the expansion is expected to increase capacity to five patient care rooms, provide a dedicated children’s area in an enlarged waiting room, a drive through window for family planning prescription refills, staff & volunteer work space, & dedicated space for patient care related to sexual assault.
