Ward says the new Peninsula Title building being built next to Marchant’s has had some delays due to supply line shortages, but construction is again moving along. He then mentioned the east side Kwik Trip, and confirmed that there is still a plan for a west side location as well…
In regards to the 2 old Citgo gas stations on Green Bay Road, Ward says both those sites are now for sale. Construction has begun on the new Ace Hardware across Egg Harbor Road from the Cherry Point Mall. He also shared some of the plans at the new U-Haul location going into the old K-Mart building…
And as for the new Starbucks planned for the old Woldt’s Corner site, the conditional use permit for a drive-through will be considered at this Wednesday’s city plan commission meeting.
